The Board of Directors is charged with upholding the Mission Statement of ATS.

"The ATS mission is to promote a working relationship among businesses that possess diverse specialties within the technology industry world wide.”

The membership promotes, recommends, and utilizes each other's services when appropriate. The ultimate goals of ATS are to promote profitable networking among its members world wide. We encourage your participation.

The Board primary duties included:
    • Securing financing to perpetuate the organization.
    • Donate the necessary man power to operate and promote ATS
    • Meet monthly
    • Approve all new members
    • Propose a slate of Bylaws and hold open elections each December
