What What does the ATS do?
The ATS was formed with the belief that there are multiple benefits
to being associated with companies that possess different specialties
from the same industry. Frequently, companies are asked to provide their
clients with services that are either beyond their scope of expertise
or outside their geographic service area.
Our solution is to provide our members with qualified
specialists in a range of technology areas. We help these companies
understand what each other does and establish communications links among
members of the group. Through the ATS website, companies can share information
to facilitate a better, more profitable business relationship. No longer
will a company have to say 'no' when their client requests specialized
work. ATS members can feel confident that qualified specialists who
have been handpicked for their expertise can be relied upon to do the
work they have referred.
How do ATS members benefit? Our members' ultimate goal is to
increase their revenue. Through an alliance with other companies they
can expand the services that they can offer, which will provide more
work and increase sales. All members are encouraged to provide referrals
to other members. The ATS seeks to connect companies with other companies
that have different capabilities or are located in different geographical
locations. We are actively seeking those companies who see a need for
such alliances in their industry. Ideally, our members will be a group
of friends who can rely on each other to provide the type of work and
service that they expect.
Who qualifies to be an ATS member? The ATS is
not designed to be a "yellow pages" style directory that anyone
can join - we qualify only a small number of businesses, those that
meet our standards. ATS specifically chooses technology-related businesses
that provide synergies with our present membership. We look to include
in our membership established companies with strong reputations who
are experts in their field. The ATS seeks to have a membership that
is diverse in its areas of expertise and its geography.
How does ATS select members? The ATS membership
board reviews every application and attempts to identify each applicant's
business direction. The board gains an understanding of each applicant's
qualifications within their specific technology field. After the board
has approved the applicant, the applicant becomes an active ATS member.
What's the difference between a local, regional and national provider?
A local provider is a company that services only a particular state.
A regional provider is a company that can service multiple states in
a confined geographic area. A national provider is a company that can
provide all their services to any company, anywhere in the continental
United States.
What do I have to do to enroll my company as a member of ATS? Simply
submit your company through the registration form on the site. A few
days after the board reviews the documentation and researches your company
you will receive a telephone call. After the conversation has been completed
you will receive a notification through email informing you of your
acceptance or denial. If accepted, your company will become an active
member of ATS and appear on the website's directory.
What is the cost for being a member of ATS? Dues for a local
provider are $25 a year. The dues for a regional provider are $99 a
year. The dues for a national provider are $500 per year.
